Shipping and Refunds
Our current delivery times are between 2 and 14 days depending on your location. Please allow the full 14 days from the order date to receive your order, and if you require any updates or have any issues with tracking, please do not hesitate to contact us with your order number and your request by email to info@aromahshop.com or via our “Contact Us” page.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To begin a return, you can contact us via our Contact Us page or by email at info@aromahshop.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Trades
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
